Home Renovation
Partial or full renovation work for condos and second homes that need more than cosmetic changes. We look at the home as a whole. How the rooms connect, how light moves through the space, and what needs to change so it feels harmonious once completed.
From there, we define the construction scope in detail: demolition, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds, flooring, electrical and lighting, and the finishes that shape the final result. The architect leads the design, coordinates the trades on site, and guides the build through completion.
Interior Updates
Interior design and styling for homes that don’t require construction work, newly delivered units, second homes ready for a refresh, or properties entering the rental market. We start with what is already there, what should stay, what feels incomplete, and what needs to be brought into balance.
The work ranges from furniture and décor sourcing to a full restyling of the space, appliances, lighting fixtures, textiles, and the details that make a home feel considered. The architect leads the selection process and coordinates delivery and installation.
Inspection Report Repairs
Repair work based on findings from a property inspection. Useful for buyers addressing issues after closing, owners preparing their home for a transaction, or agents coordinating repairs as part of a deal.
We review the inspection report and prepare a repair scope and estimate within a few business days, and carry out the work directly. This may include electrical, plumbing, moisture-related issues, and other corrections commonly found in resale condos. The architect oversees the repairs from start to finish, to get the property ready for its new owner.
