A condo in Nuevo Vallarta, chosen by a Mexican couple as their full-time home. They wanted something personal from the beginning, a space with character, a mid-century direction, and enough warmth to feel lived in from the first day.
The work focused on the main living areas, two bedrooms, and the balcony. Furniture, colors, textures, and lighting were selected to create contrast without making the condo feel heavy. The goal was not to fill the space, but to give each room a clear role and make the home feel connected.
Because this was a permanent residence, the design had to work beyond the first impression. Comfort, proportion, storage, and daily use mattered as much as the visual direction. The result is a home with personality, but also with the calm and function needed for everyday life.
