A beachfront condo in Playa Gemelas, on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta, purchased by the same U.S. owners after completing their first project with Nida Studio. The property was intended for vacation rental and needed to move away from an older, dated design toward something more open, current, and connected to its beachfront setting.

The main change was in the kitchen. A structural evaluation was needed before removing a wall, which allowed the kitchen to expand and connect better with the living and dining areas. The renovation also included two fully remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing work, appliances, and a refreshed balcony.

Because this was the owners’ second project with the studio, the process moved forward with an existing level of trust. The work combined design updates with technical decisions, giving the condo a more modern beach feel while making it more functional for rental use.
