A beachfront condo on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta, purchased by U.S. owners as an investment property for vacation rental. The building was older, and while the unit was not in poor condition, it needed a full update to feel more current, practical, and ready for guests.
The work included new flooring, kitchen updates, two full bathroom remodels, furniture, and interior styling throughout the condo. Because the property would be rented, each decision had to balance durability, comfort, and a relaxed beachfront feel without making the space look generic.
The project also required work behind the finishes. Plumbing and gas installations were addressed due to deterioration, allowing the renovation to solve both visible and functional issues. The owners followed the project from the United States, with decisions and progress coordinated remotely until completion.
