A newly delivered condo in Nuevo Vallarta, purchased by a Canadian couple for personal stays and vacation rental. The unit was empty when the project began, and most of the work had to be planned before the owners arrived in Mexico.
The direction was developed through video calls, measurements on site, and virtual room plans for approval. The design followed a soft boho direction, with natural textures, neutral tones, and selected accents to give the condo a relaxed but finished feel. Since the home would also be rented, furniture and materials were chosen with comfort, durability, and easy use in mind.
Once the owners arrived in Vallarta, the final selections were completed together: bedding, smaller furniture, decorative pieces, and local details. The project needed to feel ready for guests, but not generic. It had to feel like a home they could enjoy themselves.
